Update:IV Pay Commission Rank Pay Anomaly Case

It is intimated that the case was heard today ie 24 Feb 2011 in the Court of Justice Shri Aftab Alam & Justice Shri RM Lodha ( Court No 12).There were partial arguments on the pay fixation as per recommendations of the IV Pay Commission. The court has asked UOI to file an affadivit on the pay fixation done for civilian officers drawing the same basic pay as army officers at the time of fixation on 01/01/1986 as recommended by the IV Pay Commission.The next date of hearing has been fixed as 08 Mar 2011.

I am sad to inform you the demise of IC 33370A Lt Col Mukesh Sharma, SS NT-14 Course, veteran Signal officer on 17 Feb 2011 at 3.50AM at his residence in Bhopal. He was member of RDOA and actively supported our cause.
